Program 01Foundational Mindset

From Selfishness to Servitude

Most of us spend years living for ourselves — our needs, our survival, our wants. This program challenges men to examine the cost of that pattern honestly and discover the profound freedom that comes from choosing to live for something beyond themselves. It is the foundational shift in perspective that makes every other program in the series possible.

Rebuilding the Self: A Self-Esteem Workbook

You cannot build a better life on a broken foundation. This program addresses one of the most overlooked needs of incarcerated men — a genuine, healthy sense of self-worth. Men work through the wounds that damaged their self-image and begin building an identity rooted in dignity, honesty, and real personal value.

Program 03Inner Integrity

The Voice You Can't Ignore

Inside every person is a voice that knows the truth — about who they are, what they have done, and who they are capable of becoming. This program helps men learn to hear that voice clearly, stop drowning it out, and begin living with the kind of integrity that comes from having your inner knowing and your outward actions in alignment.

Program 05Trauma & Healing

The Wounds You Carry

Program 07Emotional Honesty

Men's Feelings Matter
